The IC-8® Cultural Assessment makes it easy to gather the collective cultural views of your staff, and to understand how that information can be used to facilitate the growth of your organization.
1. Take the Assessment
The IC-8® Cultural Assessment takes approximately 20 minutes to complete and is around 100 questions. It’s easy, interactive and moves along fairly quick! Align to Thrive will provide you with pre-written communication instructing employees how and why to take the Assessment.
To receive the most accurate results, the Assessment is anonymous; employees should not feel pressured to take it.
2. Receive your Alignment Report Package
In order to create the most accurate and reliable results, Align to Thrive recommends that at least 60% of your employees take the Assessment. Once complete, we compile your results and deliver the Alignment Report Package. This report includes everything you need to know about your current and ideal cultural styles, and why that matters, including:
- The science behind the IC-8®
- A report of your current culture from the employee’s perspective
- A report on your ideal culture from the employee’s perspective
- A Custom Cultural Personality
- Recommendations on how to measure, implement and reinforce your ideal culture
3. Implement Change
Now that you know why and how your culture needs to change, Align to Thrive can help connect you to the people and the organizations that make it happen. Our partners understand the value and impact of culture too, and together, they offer all the support and services you need to affect lasting change.
4. Reassess and evaluate
After change has taken place within your organization, you can retake the Assessment to monitor transformation and integration.
It’s important to note there isn’t a good or bad culture, just cultures that are proactive to change aligned with the vision, purpose and values embraced by the people.
