Tom Borg penned a great article in Entrepreneur about staying focused as a business owner: Stop Playing Firefighter With Your Small Business and Lear How to Focus.

Too often our focus is divided and when it is, things are not done at a high standard. Focus is so important – with a million and one things to do, focusing on the most important and urgent in a project will keep it moving forward. He suggests delegating or creating an Action Board to track progress on projects and to keep focused.
