Looking to boost the innovation and creativity of your employees? The Boston Globe Business section looked at an article entitled ““Bringing Fun and Creativity to Work” The authors, Hari Kumar and Satish Raghavendran, looked at how Deloitte LLP in India experimented and gave a boost in creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial thinking within the organization.

Without manager or supervisors involved in the process, employees were put into groups and given the unbridled freedom to find an problem within the organization and solve it. The surprising result was not only creative thinking, but the culture of the organization improved!
